Refund Policy

At GhostShell PSP’s, each console is professionally refurbished, tested, and customized prior to shipment. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The console must be returned in the same condition as received, with no additional wear, damage, or modifications beyond those performed by GhostShell PSP’s.

  • Refurbished consoles may show minor cosmetic variations consistent with normal refurbishment. These do not affect performance and are not considered defects.

Inspection & Verification

  • All returned consoles undergo a full inspection and functionality test upon receipt.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed until inspection is completed.

  • Reported defects or malfunctions that cannot be reproduced or verified during inspection will be treated as non-defective returns.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds will not be approved for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or personal preference

  • “Does not meet expectations” or similar subjective reasons

  • Timing concerns, gift-related delays, or late arrival not caused by GhostShell PSP’s processing timeline

  • Shipping delays, delivery issues, or mishandling by USPS or other carriers

  • Cosmetic or physical appearance concerns when the console is fully functional

  • Fully functional consoles that perform as described and pass inspection

  • Issues caused by:

    • Improper charging methods

    • Use of unsupported power adapters

    • Battery seating or contact issues

    • External accessories such as chargers or batteries not supplied by GhostShell PSP’s

Charging & Power Disclaimer

PSP consoles require low-voltage charging via approved USB sources (PC, game console USB port, or supported adapter). Damage or malfunction resulting from improper charging sources or failure to follow provided troubleshooting instructions is not considered a defect.

Restocking & Labor Fees

  • All approved returns are subject to a restocking and labor fee.

  • Returns determined to be non-defective after inspection will be subject to this fee.

  • Due to the customized and refurbished nature of each order, additional partial refunds are not offered beyond the applicable restocking deduction.

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued minus any applicable restocking and labor fees.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection is completed.

  • Full refunds are only issued when a verified defect is confirmed during inspection.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be requested instead of a refund.

  • Replacement units are shipped after the returned console passes inspection.

  • Exchange availability is subject to stock.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has shipped, GhostShell PSP’s is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect delivery, or address issues.

  • Any shipping-related concerns must be resolved directly with the carrier.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at ghostshellpsps@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided in certain cases.

  3. The console must be shipped back within 5 days of label issuance, or 10 days if customer is covering shipment cost.

Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing from GhostShell PSP’s, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy, including inspection requirements, restocking fees, and limitations on refunds for non-defective returns.
